| Summary, etc. | Das Marketing von Dienstleistungsunternehmen rückt in Theorie und Praxis zunehmend in den Vordergrund der Diskussion einer marktorientierten Unternehmensführung. Die vorliegende Arbeit hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, ein Konzept zur Erfassung und Erklärung der Qualität investiver Dienstleistungen zu entwickeln. Hierzu wird ein multipersonales, mehrstufiges Qualitätsmodell entwickelt, das Anbieter- und Nachfragersicht integriert. Parallel zur theoretischen Diskussion erfolgt eine Überprüfung der Konzeption auf der Basis einer empirischen Studie. Darüber hinaus werden strategische Stoßrichtungen und konkrete, praxisrelevante Instrumente zur Steuerung der Qualitätswahrnehmung abgeleitet. |
