Six PDO cheeses in Europe are presented: Comté PDO and Cantal PDO in France, Gruyère PDO in Switzerland, Allgäuer Emmentaler PDO in Germany, Parmigiano-Reggiano PDO in Italy and Queso Manchego PDO in Spain. |
