| Summary, etc. | Die Erfahrungen mit der gesetzlichen Pflegeversicherung in den Niederlanden haben in der deutschen Pflegedebatte nur wenig Beachtung gefunden. In dieser Arbeit werden sie erstmals umfassend beschrieben und analysiert. Zur Bewertung des Systems wird ein spezifischer Katalog sozialpolitischer und ökonomisch-allokativer Kriterien entwickelt. Unter anderem wird dabei die mögliche Bedeutung des <I>moral hazard</I> in der Pflegeversicherung ausführlich untersucht. Im Ergebnis erweist sich die niederländische Lösung in weiten Teilen als attraktives Modell. Eine vergleichende Kritik des deutschen Pflegeversicherungsgesetzes rundet die Studie ab. |
