| Summary, etc. | Die Europäisierung des Rechts in der Europäischen Union führt zu tiefgreifenden Veränderungen in den Rechtsordnungen ihrer Mitgliedsstaaten. Besondere Schwierigkeiten wirft sie für die Staaten Mittel- und Osteuropas auf, die der Europäischen Union erst seit kurzem beigetreten sind. Der vorliegende Band behandelt die Auswirkungen der Europäisierung auf die deutsche und die ungarische Rechtsordnung aus rechtshistorischer, zivilrechtlicher und öffentlich-rechtlicher Perspektive und lässt sie dadurch in ihrer Vielfalt plastisch hervortreten. Die Schwerpunkte der insgesamt 18 Beiträge liegen im Bereich der Rechtsgeschichte, des allgemeinen Zivilrechts, des Gesellschaftsrechts, des geistigen Eigentums, des Zivil- sowie des Verwaltungsprozessrechts, und erörtern auch die Problematik der Diskriminierungsverbote und schließlich die Souveränitätskonzeption. Der Band versammelt die Vorträge des Deutsch-Ungarischen Kolloquiums der Juristischen Fakultäten der Universität Göttingen und der Eötvös Loránd Universität Budapest über die Europäisierung des Rechts, das im Oktober 2007 in Budapest stattfand. Dieses gemeinsame Kolloquium ist die jüngste Frucht der langjährigen Kooperation der beiden Fakultäten in Forschung und Lehre. |
