Unabdingbar ist die Auswertung personenbezogener Daten mit angemessenen Schutzvorkehrungen, die den Einzelnen gegen die unbefugte oder übermäßige Erhebung, Speicherung, Verwendung und Weitergabe ihn betreffender Daten hinreichend schützt. |
