N2  - This research, dealing with the design of furnishing accessories, has been sparked by the teaching activity within the design drawing workshop. The objective of the course was to apply themes and methods connected with representation and, at the same time, to develop the graphic elaboration capacities of each student. The text has been organised under four headings: drawing as the science of representation, drawing as analysis, drawing as a communication tool and drawing as design. Each subject is developed through a theoretical section and a corresponding practical part with one or more exercises
